With a collective industry experience spanning an impressive 40 years, Steve Tank and Rae Lynne Shirley bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to transforming your space into something truly exceptional.
Steve's journey began as a dedicated installer, honing his craft over three decades. Along the way, he discovered his true calling in the world of flooring sales. This led him to establish and oversee commercial flooring sales divisions across multiple locations, from Minnesota to South Dakota, and now right here in Northwest Arkansas.
Rae Lynne holds a bachelor's degree in interior design, laying the foundation for her creative journey. After completing her formal education, she transitioned into the technical realm, specializing in drafting. After 15 years with various companies, she moved into flooring. Over the past 5 years, Rae Lynne has not only embraced this new role in flooring but has also excelled in it.
